A Unique Origin Story
Something you might not know about DocuLock’s local presence is how it all began. Spencer Engelman earned the franchise in a rather remarkable way—through a class project at Northwest Missouri State University. After hearing a presentation from DocuLock’s CEO, Spencer learned that the company would be giving away a franchise to one deserving student at the end of the semester. He applied right away and landed a full-day interview. On his very first day at a full-time job elsewhere, Spencer got the call offering him ownership. He’s been building DocuLock in Blue Springs ever since!
