Dan's journey into property management began early. As a child, he was exposed to the industry and gained firsthand experience that would later fuel his passion. In 1999, he and his mother purchased their first investment property, managing it themselves and laying the groundwork for what would eventually become PMI KC Metro.
Dan’s path has been anything but traditional. He spent 14 years working as a residential and commercial carpenter, giving him a deep understanding of construction and renovations—an asset that continues to serve his clients well. After that, he transitioned into the software industry for nearly a decade, bringing a tech-forward mindset to everything he does. Today, he combines craftsmanship, operational know-how, and technology to deliver smart, efficient solutions in the property management space.
